You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that all returns must be agreed upon via email before sending the item back.

- It must be in the same condition as you received it.
- The item should be unworn, unused, and with all original tags.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at r3ceivedcustomer@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Personalized or custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a specific reason. The item must meet the same criteria mentioned above.
Return and Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund for the item. If approved, your refund for the item will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
